A Mile A Day - Anyway

A Mile A Day - Anyway
On Wednesday 7th June, Fiona from LEAP came to Dropmore Infant School to kick off 'A Mile A Day - Anyway', aimed to improve the physical, social, emotional and mental health and well-being of all children.

Every day, the children travel around a mapped out area on the field, competing in Houses:  1 lap = 100 metres and 16 laps = 1 mile. They can travel in any way: walk, skip, run, sprint, hop, gallop etc.

After every Mile-A-Day the total laps per House will be converted into miles. These will be mapped out on a map of the UK, following a path from Land's End to John O'Groats. Which House will get there first?
